The Benefits of Improving Health

The internet has some great resources for walking tips. There are many platforms to keep you motivated; I also like to use my apple watch to track my steps. The CDC has excellent recommendations for walking exercises and other healthy habits; this is the site I prefer. I also like looking at different healthy eating websites, such as the clean eating kitchen. You can find great recipes for vegetables and their health benefits. Over the past week, walking and taking extra steps over the past week kept me motivated, and I started feeling more energized throughout the day. Eating vegetables with meals was challenging; it got boring, and I had to change the recipes to stick to my goals. By making these small changes throughout the week, I noticed I had a healthy digestive system and more energy and felt good. I will continue to incorporate these small changes into my lifestyle; they have many benefits to help me stay healthy!
